This archive is built from decades of records, photographs, newspaper coverage, yearbooks, personal collections and community contributions. We work to preserve the record accurately and respectfully. If you believe something has been attributed incorrectly, contains a factual error or belongs to you, please contact us.
We would much rather get it right than be right. Corrections and rights questions make the archive better, and we treat every one seriously.
What you can ask us to do
- Correct a fact. A score, date, name spelling, position, number, record or anything else in the archive.
- Add missing history. A game, a season, a roster, a coach, a championship or a story we do not have yet.
- Update attribution. Add, fix or change the credit on a photo, clipping or contribution.
- Claim ownership. Tell us a photograph or historical item belongs to you or your family.
- Review or remove material. Ask us to look at something you believe infringes your rights or should not be public.
- Review something about a current student. Parents, guardians and students can ask us to review a photo or detail. We give these requests extra care.
- Tell us someone has passed. Families and teammates can let us know so the record can remember them properly.

What to include
Helpful details make it faster for us to act:
- a link to the page, or a description of the item
- what is wrong or missing, and what it should say
- how you know, such as a newspaper, yearbook, program, scorebook or your own first-hand knowledge
- for ownership or credit, how the item came to belong to you or your family
- your name and a way to reach you
You do not need perfect documentation to start. Tell us what you know and we will work from there.
What happens next
- We read every request and reply, usually within a week.
- We may ask for a source or more detail, especially when a change affects records or statistics.
- When a fact is corrected, we update it across the archive and keep a note of where the new information came from.
- When an item's ownership or credit is in question, we may take it down while we look into it.
- If we cannot make the change you asked for, we will tell you why.
Formal copyright notices
If you prefer to send a formal notice that something on the site infringes your copyright, please include:
- your name and contact information
- a description of the work you believe is infringed
- the address of the page where it appears
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
- your physical or electronic signature
Send it to info@corbinredhounds.com. We review formal notices promptly and will remove material when appropriate. Please do not send a formal notice for a simple credit fix; just ask, and we will be glad to help.
