Preservation partners

Keep Corbin's
history alive.

Every program in an attic, every roster in a yearbook, every photo in a shoebox is one move away from gone. Preservation partners pay for the scanning, the research and the hosting that keep it here for good, and their name lives on what they saved.

Who’s behind this

I’m Sam Pennington, a 2000 Corbin graduate who wore #41 and lettered in football and baseball. Being a Redhound meant a lot to me then, and it still does. I built CorbinRedhounds.com because too much of our athletic history is scattered across old newspapers, family photo albums and memories that may never get written down. I wanted to give that history a permanent home where people can revisit their years, recognize their teammates and share those stories with their families.

I’m building and maintaining this archive myself, with the community helping fill in the pieces. Financial support helps cover hosting, research, digitizing historical materials and the ongoing work of preserving and expanding the archive across Corbin sports. Sponsors help make that work possible, but they never control the historical record.

This is my way of giving something back to the community that helped shape me. If you have a question, something to contribute or an interest in supporting the work, please reach out through the site’s contact form.

Partnerships

Preserve a piece of history

Each partnership puts a labeled "Preserved by" credit on what you choose. Partners never touch the record: the scores, the write-ups and the corrections stay independent.

The first names on the wall Be the first to keep it going.

Partners and supporters are listed here, by name, for good. The first ones will be the names people see here years from now.

CorbinRedhounds.com is an independent archive and is not affiliated with, operated by, or officially endorsed by Corbin Independent Schools. Partner credits never appear on memorial pages or on any person's profile.
