Corbin’s classic mid-century helmet featured a maroon shell, twin white crown stripes and a simple gray single-bar facemask. With no side logo or lettering, the unmistakable maroon-and-white combination carried the Redhound identity through much of the 1950s and 1960s.

The OG Helmet

One of the defining looks in Corbin football history. The silver shell, red-and-white Corbin C, red-white-red center stripe and red facemask became synonymous with the Redhounds during the 1970s and 1980s and remained part of the program’s identity into the early 1990s.

1996–1998 “HOUNDS” Helmet

For three seasons from 1996 through 1998, Corbin departed from its traditional C and placed a bold red HOUNDS wordmark on its silver helmets. Paired with a red center stripe and red facemask, it created one of the most distinctive and short-lived helmet designs in Redhound history.
