Billy Bird

Billy Bird is easy to overlook between his brothers Calvin and Rodger, and he should not be. He was a two-time All-State selection and a high school All-American, and he scored 336 points in his Corbin career.

One afternoon against Williamsburg he scored ten touchdowns and kicked six extra points, 66 points in a single game. The KHSAA record book still lists it among the greatest single-game scoring performances in Kentucky history. He later played at Kentucky.
